Under the new Core Education implementation plan, all colleges must complete the "statement of intent" (SOI) process for courses to be (re)designed and submitted through CIM. All faculty submitting a course through CIM are required to complete the CADI training (provided by the Center for Teaching and Learning).
In order to submit a DPO course for inclusion in the Core Education curriculum, all faculty developing the course (and any member of the instructional team that will be teaching a DPO course) must participate in, or receive a waiver for, the DPO Academy.
Once the required SOI process and trainings are completed, then faculty will submit their course proposals through the CIM system and be reviewed by the Baccalaureate Core Committee.
